Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director
Taylor is the leader of the care team at Sweetwood. In her seventh year at Sweetwood, Taylor was promoted to Executive Director and continues to ensure that every resident’s care needs are met. As Sweetwood’s leader, Taylor is the eyes and ears of the community bringing a caring heart and supportive management style.
What Taylor loves about Sweetwood are the mountain views at all hours and seasons.
Director of Recreation
Janice Paquette has been making the lives of older adults happy for thirty years as a Recreation Director in several senior living communities, following a career as a professional dancer and instructor. As a longtime resident of Williamstown, Janice knows every corner of the community and is ready with suggestions to enjoy the vibrant cultural offerings.
What Janice loves about Sweetwood is the multigenerational programming and she is an avid promoter and creator of opportunities to engage across generations.
Director of Marketing and Community Relations
Aimee, approaching her sixth year at Sweetwood, brings fifteen years of health and wellness marketing and sales experience. Every prospective resident enjoys meeting Aimee for a tour and learning about all that Sweetwood and the surrounding community offers.
What Aimee loves about Sweetwood is welcoming new residents, bringing flowers, and making people feel at home, as well as the connections she makes with both residents and their families.
Director of Maintenance
Eric has been at Sweetwood for over twenty years, bringing his expertise to every corner of the building. Eric is a licensed water operator and manages the water on-site. Residents know they can rely on Eric for his skillful fixes and friendly demeanor. Eric will always make time to tend to any resident or staff maintenance needs.
What Eric loves about Sweetwood is the appreciation he receives from his colleagues and friends.
Business Office Manager
Laurie recently joined Sweetwood with 20 years of experience in medical billing. She is the go-to person answering every resident and colleague question about financials, reception desk, and concierge offerings. She is even known to jump in the van and drive residents to an appointment or outing and is always offering a helping hand.
What Laurie loves about Sweetwood are the personal relationships she has made with wonderful residents.
Director of Housekeeping
Leona has been at Sweetwood for over seven years and leads a dedicated and caring team of housekeepers. As a strong leader, she goes above and beyond every day to support her colleagues. Leona, and her team, keep Sweetwood looking clean and organized, as well as tending to the flowers and plants on the property.
What Leona loves about Sweetwood is that she can help create a warm and welcoming home for all Sweetwood residents.
Executive Chef
Bill has been impressing Sweetwood residents with his culinary expertise for five years. He raises his own chickens and brings fresh farm eggs to cook at Sweetwood, and forages mushrooms for his seasonal wild-mushroom soup. Known for surprising residents with “dinner with the chef,” he occasionally prepares meals table-side in front of delighted residents.
What Bill loves about Sweetwood is the opportunity to look for new and exciting menu options and is always willing to try new suggestions offered by residents.
