There are 70 luxury apartments, central dining in our restaurant, and a wide range of amenities. Location: We are located on one of the most scenic hillsides in New England, in the Berkshires, minutes to Williamstown and the lively Williams College. A quick drive to town gets you to shopping, dining, sports and cultural activites.
Your Home: You’ll have a spacious luxury apartment, where you will find both privacy, but also the ability to easily meet with friends and neighbors in Sweetwoods’ living room, library, activities room or patio. All maintenance and landscaping are taken care of, so you can devote yourself to your favorite actitives.
Make your new home your own! We are happy to work with you on customizing your home to your specifications. You will be provided an allowance toward the customization, which is at your expense.
Environment: From your patio, you will have an unimpeded view of Mount Greylock, the tallest peak in Massachusetts. From your back door, you will discover a walking trail that will get you into nature instantly, with wildflowers, birds and views that are remarkable.

Cultural Valley: When you are ready to venture out, join other community members in trips to the Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, Tanglewood in Lenox, Jacob’s Pillow in Great Barrington the Bennington, VT, museum or the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga, NY. All are within easy driving distance of your Sweetwood home.
